Upgrade to a new version
of the same TreePad Edition

Example 1:
You would like to upgrade from: TreePad PLUS which you purchased in January 2001 to: the current version of TreePad PLUS.

Example 2:
You would like to upgrade from: TreePad Business Edition which you purchased in March 2003 to: the current version of TreePad Business Edition.

For the time being ALL TreePad users can update the programs that they have registered to the current release, at no charge, regardless of registration date. Just download and install the new version from the TreePad download page and enter your existing registration number as usual.

We reserve the right to start charging for upgrades at one point in time, therefore our official (and announced) licensing policy is, that after registering TreePad, you are entitled to free upgrades for two years and lifetime program usage at no additional costs.

I lost my registration number.
What now?

Registration-number resend-service
In case you have lost the registration number of a program you purchased from us more than two months ago, we will be happy to resend your registration number by email, at a small fee.

The increasing administrative overhead involved in resending registration numbers requires that a small processing fee be charged in order to cover the additional costs involved.

In case you have purchased the program less than two months ago, you can you expect to receive your registration number free of charge.

Upgrade to another
TreePad Edition

After upgrading from one TreePad edition to another, your first license will remain valid as well. You will even be able to run both TreePad editions simultaneously on your computer should you wish to do so, provided these editions are installed in different folders.

	Upgrade to: TreePad X Enterprise (12 Gb, single-user)
	Registered users of TreePad PLUS, TP SAFE and TP Business Edition can upgrade to TreePad X Enterprise (12 Gb, single-user) here at a reduced price.
	Upgrade to: TreePad X Enterprise (384 Gb, single-user)
	Registered users of TreePad PLUS, TP SAFE, TP Business Edition and TP Enterprise (12 Gb, single-user) can upgrade to TreePad X Enterprise (384 Gb, single-user) here at a reduced price.
	Upgrade to: TreePad Business Edition
	(1) If you are a registered TreePad PLUS user at any time, you can upgrade for: $ 18.95 to TreePad Business Edition.
	(2) Registered users of TreePad X Enterprise, who want to benefit from features currently available in TreePad Business Edition but not yet the Enterprise editions, can register TreePad Business Edition for only $14.95.
	(3) If you are a registered TreePad SAFE user, you can upgrade for: $ 14.95 to TreePad Business Edition. Please note that if you upgraded for free to TreePad SAFE in April/May 2002, this does not entitle you to additional benefits. Instead, you need to upgrade from TreePad PLUS.
	Upgrade to: TreePad SAFE
	If you registered TreePad PLUS at one point, you can upgrade for $ 9.95 to TreePad SAFE.
